Good soil, a few clay clumps
Ordered top soil to level a section of yard outside New Roads after some drainage work left ruts across the lawn, two yards for a smaller patch near the porch. Spread it easily and grass came in thick within a month, but a handful of clumps in the load were more clay than topsoil and did not break down as easy under the rake. Had to hand crumble a few before seeding over them.
