Nice stone, one delivery mix up
We ordered river rock for a downspout splash area and a small dry creek swale along the side yard at our rental property outside Simmesport, eight tons total. Louisiana Rock Supply got the order right the second time, but the first truck showed up with pea gravel instead of river rock, and the driver had to turn around and come back the next day once I caught the mistake. Once the correct stone arrived it went in easily and looks exactly like the picture. The stone itself is exactly what we wanted, the mix up on the order is the only real complaint here.

Foundation bed drains and looks tidy
Put river rock around the foundation bed on the north side of the house out near Zwolle where the gutters overflow every hard rain. Three tons filled in nicely over the landscape fabric, and water moves straight through instead of splashing mud onto the siding like the old pine bark mulch did. Six months of storms later it still looks clean, no fading, and weeds haven't found their way through the fabric yet.
